About the Role

Key Responsibilities
\nDevelop, test, and deploy high-performance financial systems<\/p>\n
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers<\/p>\n
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code<\/p>\n
Contribute to the design of scalable backend systems<\/p>\n
Mentor junior developers and contribute to a strong engineering culture<\/p>\n
Tech Stack You\u2019ll Work With
\nLanguages: Java, Kotlin, Python, Go, JavaScript (React)<\/p>\n
DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, PostgreSQL<\/p>\n
Tools: Git, Jenkins, Grafana, Prometheus<\/p>\n
What We\u2019re Looking For
\n5+ years of professional software engineering experience<\/p>\n
Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, and cloud-native development<\/p>\n
Prior experience in fintech, payments, or high-load platforms is a plus<\/p>\n
Fluent in Agile methodologies and best practices<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science or equivalent<\/p>\n
Willingness to relocate to the UK (relocation assistance provided)<\/p>\n
Eligible for or require UK Skilled Worker Visa (Tier 2) sponsorship<\/p>\n
