NRI Globe Job Bot

What we do

NRI Globe Job Search publishes ~12 verified job listings per weekday for Indian professionals abroad, across seven countries. Every listing carries a visa-sponsorship analysis, employer history where known, and original NRI-relocation context alongside the role details.

How we source listings

• Employer ATS endpoints. Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, SmartRecruiters, Recruitee, and Personio all publish job-board APIs specifically for syndication. We consume these directly from the employer.
• Licensed aggregator feeds. Adzuna, Careerjet, Jooble, and Talent.com, where the partner terms grant redistribution rights. We honour attribution and click-through per the partner contract.
• USAJOBS.gov for US federal roles that are open to non-citizens.

We do not scrape LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Monster, Naukri, or any site whose terms prohibit automated access. We never bypass a login or a bot-protection challenge.

How we present listings

Employer descriptions are the employer's copyrighted text. Rather than republish them verbatim, our editorial process rewrites each description in original prose while preserving the factual requirements — title, company, location, salary, technologies, years of experience, qualifications. Facts are preserved exactly; phrasing is ours. The “Apply” button links directly to the employer's own careers page.

Verification and expiry

• Every listing is verified live at the source URL before publish.
• Every published listing is re-verified every 24 hours.
• Two consecutive verification failures triggers automatic expiry.
• Expired listings are removed from Google within 24 hours by stripping the JobPosting structured data and updating our job-sitemap. The URL stays live for 30 days with a “no longer accepting applications” banner and links to related live roles, then serves HTTP 410 Gone permanently.

Employer removal requests

If you are the employer or authorised representative and would like a listing removed, expedited, or corrected, please email us at jobs@nriglobe.com with:

• The URL of the NRI Globe listing.
• Your role at the company + a way to verify (LinkedIn, work email domain).
• The specific action requested: remove / correct / expedite verification.

We aim to acknowledge within 24 hours and act within 48 hours. Removals are honoured immediately and unconditionally on receipt of employer verification.

Bot identification

Our verification bot identifies itself with the User-Agent NRIGlobeJobBot/1.0 (+https://nriglobe.com/jobbot/). It fetches only the public apply URL you have already exposed via ATS API. It respects robots.txt and rate-limits to no more than one request per five seconds per employer domain.
