Job Description
Pinnacle Consulting Services, a leading management consulting firm specializing in business process optimization and digital transformation, is seeking a motivated Entry-Level Business Analyst to join our New York team. This role is perfect for international students on OPT or CPT pursuing degrees in business, finance, or related fields, offering hands-on experience in analyzing business needs and driving client success.
Responsibilities
Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using data-driven insights.
Create reports, presentations, and process flow diagrams to communicate findings to clients and internal teams.
Assist in implementing software solutions (e.g., ERP, CRM systems) to meet client needs.
Collaborate with project managers and developers to ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
Support user acceptance testing and training for new system implementations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (in progress or completed) in Business Administration, Finance, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Basic knowledge of business analysis tools (e.g., Visio, Jira, or similar) or willingness to learn.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
Valid F-1 visa with OPT or CPT authorization.
Ability to work at least 20 hours/week (OPT) or as approved by DSO for CPT.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle).
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Prior internship, coursework, or project experience in business analysis or consulting.
