About the Role
As a Construction Project Manager at EllisDon, you’ll manage multimillion-dollar infrastructure projects—ensuring on-time delivery, quality execution, safety compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction. From hospitals and highways to smart buildings and transit systems, you’ll help shape the landscape of modern Canada.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all phases of construction from pre-construction to project close-out
Lead scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and subcontractor management
Ensure quality, safety, and environmental compliance on-site
Liaise with architects, engineers, government, and client stakeholders
Prepare project reports, cost projections, and risk assessments
Manage and mentor site supervisors, coordinators, and trades teams
Ideal Candidate Profile
5+ years of project management experience in infrastructure or commercial construction
Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Strong knowledge of Canadian building codes, safety, and contract law
Proficiency with MS Project, Procore, or other construction management tools
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Eligible for or seeking immigration support through Ontario PNP (OINP)
