About the Role
You’ll play a vital role in transforming raw healthcare data into actionable insights that support decision-making across NHS Trusts. Your work will directly impact patient safety, treatment efficiency, and system performance.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse large-scale patient datasets using SQL, Python, or R
Design, build, and maintain health data dashboards and reports
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to improve care delivery
Interpret trends and develop predictive models for better patient outcomes
Ensure data governance, integrity, and GDPR compliance
Ideal Candidate Profile
3+ years of experience as a data analyst, ideally in healthcare or public health
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Excel)
Strong understanding of NHS data standards and information governance
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Public Health, Statistics, or similar
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Eligible for or seeking sponsorship under the UK Health & Care Worker Visa route
